Fitspresso Review

I am on my second bottle of fitspresso

I am on my second bottle of fitspresso. The website says take one capsule a day, but directions on bottle says take two capsules a day. I have not lost any weight.
The side effect that I am having is having two or more loose, almost diarrhea stools a day.
I am 76 years old and moderately active. Most of my exercise is walking and straightening up around the house and driving two hours twice a week to visit my husband in memory care.
I really thought this would help me loose weight. So far, not even half a pound.
