1. Withdrawal issues
Users complain that they deposited SOL coins and successfully withdrew, on the same day, they deposited more SOL but couldn’t withdraw it. The SOL transaction failed. Although Bithoster.com showed the transaction as completed.
Also, the user didn’t receive the payment and requested the TXID and Blockchain URL. Bithoster.com promised to send these details within 30 days, but users haven’t received them yet.
2. Fees Demands
They did not process a withdrawal of SOL ( USDT) and asked users to deposit extra fees first. This requirement was not in their terms and conditions. They made this demand after users had finished the KYC process.
3. Money Recovery Issues
Users realized they could not get their money back from Bithoster.com. It promised to recover the funds but scammed them again. Users found out that all the earnings shown in their Bithoster.com accounts were fake. The platform was displaying false numbers to trick users into depositing more money.
