AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Bought 2 items and paid an extra £57 for express delivery (5days). 2 weeks later we had still not recieved anything and requested a FULL refund, which they declined. we eventually received only half of the order! And requested a refund for the items not received and the express delivery service that was not provided.
Initially they do not offer refunds just ‘10%’ off certain items accounting for a tiny fraction of the order. After a lot of back and forth for weeks they refused to refund the express delivery costs and will only refund for the item that wasn’t received
