Never recieved ordered tickets
Hard to contain frustration with this site. Ordered Christmas gift tickets to Beauty and the Beast in Philadelphia. Tickets were to be delivered 12/29 for a 11 AM show on 30th. Customer service guaranteed tickets by 10 AM on the 30th. At 10 AM with 3 kids freezing outside the venue Mega Seats said the tickets were not available and the event was sold out unable to buy tickets at the box office. 5 tickets at a substantial price 3 freezing crying kids from disappointment and two parents totally dissatisfied. Now I know why there are no tickets fees. Wish I could post a picture of the kids dressed in there Beauty and the Beast Regalla. Will never use this site again or recommend the site.
