AVOID AT ALL COST, SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered Bed Bug spray from Ozzi in October 2023, but the parcels never reached my flat. The shipper put it unattended somewhere else in a public place (shown in delivery photo it was left somewhere else unsafe with no recipient), and the parcel was lost. I have been trying to contact Ozzi since October 2023, but I have not received my refund despite 30 emails back and forth. This company is a scam. First, Ozzi delayed refund and stated that there was fault with their refund system. Now they don’t even reply my email related to the refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY. They are not trustworthy.
OZZI is a scam company.
