My medication came damaged the box was torn up and seal unsafe. After paying membership fees & cost of medicine well over what the make it seem like. I reported this immediately even sending photos and documentation & after endless chats I’m out almost $500 my very first month, membership fees go way up the next month. I continue to be put off. I choose this company because they genuinely seemed to care about your health, setting you up with a coach, and everything to meet your weight loss goals. Once you pay I feel that all goes out the window. They giving you a very assuring chat at first and then it’s we’re trying to contact the pharmacy please allow another 48 hours. This have been an awful experience with no resolution in sight. My husband is also experiencing the same issue, so if in one household our first month is almost $1,000 and the company can’t find a resolution that’s a huge problem.
